RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we know how important it is to get it right. These rings are made custom just for you, therefore we have an exchange-only policy. 

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your ring. 
• You may change out the width, style, and or size of the ring.
• Even if the ring is engraved you can still exchange it.
• We cover up to one size exchange per item. After that, there may be a small restocking fee of 12% if you need to change the size again.

WARRANTY

• Every ring we make comes backed with a One Year replacement warranty. No hassles here, if you purchased a ring and it has a defect like (breaking, chipping, etc.), we will replace the ring once at no cost to you, so long as proof of purchase is provided, and clear photos of the defective ring. 
• The photos need to visibly show the defects on the ring and need to be  emailed to us within One Year of the date of receipt.
•  If for some rare reason, we are not able to make another identical replacement, then a very similar ring will be provided.
